Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation (VIS) is seeking a supervisor for the Photo Department in Singapore. You will oversee production according to the plan, drive improvements in working environment and methods, and supervise affiliated personnel to ensure smooth operations.

You will also organize planning, assessment and incentive training for staff, manage WIP, and lead machine utilization and productivity improvements to meet Fab delivery KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Photo Manufacturing (semiconductor).
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role with reporting staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel in the Photo Department to production according to the plan.
• Lead improvement of site working environment and methods.
• Supervise normal operation of affiliated personnel.
• Organize planning, assessment, and incentive training for staff.
• Manage WIP and ensure production discipline.
• Lead machine utilization and productivity improvements.
