Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of semiconductor fab manufacturing background.
• Team leadership experience is an advantage.
• Independent contributor with a data-driven mindset.
• Able to relate to a diverse, multi-cultural workforce.
• Conversant with MS Windows software.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to technicians in daily operational functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain short and long term Fab automation milestones.
• Streamline wafer management to support and sustain daily Fab operations.
• Collaborate with Production Control & Planning for timely administration of wafer-starts.
• Manage development and upkeep of manufacturing peripherals to realize quality towards hardware components.
• Spearhead improvement projects pertaining to wafer containers for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Cultivate Workplace Safety and 5S mindset in the Fab.
