Job summary

ONT0 Innovation Southeast Asia Pte. Limited is seeking a Field Service Engineer responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of Onto Innovation products, including inspection and lithography/metrology tools.

You will respond to down-tool situations and perform scheduled maintenance across the SEA region. You will support field operations covering hardware, software, PCs, networking, and related technologies; submit service documentation; and act as the main technical and administrative

Qualifications

Field service experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
Hands-on fault-detection across electrical, mechanical, and software systems.
Ein NEA laser license Class 3A is preferred.

Responsibilities

Installation, repair, and maintenance of Onto Innovation products, including inspection/lithography/metrology tools.
Respond to down-tool situations and provide scheduled maintenance within the SEA region.
Support field operations: system hardware, software, PCs, networking, and related technologies.
Submit required service documentation and provide technical feedback to the US factory.
Act as the primary technical and administrative liaison with customers for assigned projects.
Provide feedback to the Sales team, identifying potential leads and customer needs.
Support continuous product improvement through service feedback and issue reporting.
