Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd's client, an MNC in the semiconductor industry, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, and service semiconductor inspection equipment at customer sites in Singapore.

You will conduct testing and calibration, provide on-site troubleshooting and user training, and maintain accurate service reports to ensure optimal equipment performance. This role emphasizes uptime and efficiency with on-site customer collaboration.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics and related engineering field.
Hands-on servicing or maintaining semiconductor inspection equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, set up, and commission new semiconductor inspection equipment at customer sites.
Conduct equipment testing, calibration, and user training to ensure proper operation.
Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and corrective maintenance to resolve issues.
Provide application and technical support to customers to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Carry out preventive maintenance and equipment servicing according to schedule.
Work with customers to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Prepare and maintain accurate service reports and weekly activity updates.
