Job summary

ONT0 Innovation Southeast Asia Pte. Limited is seeking a Field Service Engineer responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of Onto Innovation products, including inspection and lithography/metrology tools.

You will respond to down-tool situations and perform scheduled maintenance across the SEA region. You will support field operations covering hardware, software, PCs, networking, and related technologies; submit service documentation; and act as the main technical and administrative

Qualifications

• Field service experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Hands-on fault-detection across electrical, mechanical, and software systems.
• Ein NEA laser license Class 3A is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installation, repair, and maintenance of Onto Innovation products, including inspection/lithography/metrology tools.
• Respond to down-tool situations and provide scheduled maintenance within the SEA region.
• Support field operations: system hardware, software, PCs, networking, and related technologies.
• Submit required service documentation and provide technical feedback to the US factory.
• Act as the primary technical and administrative liaison with customers for assigned projects.
• Provide feedback to the Sales team, identifying potential leads and customer needs.
• Support continuous product improvement through service feedback and issue reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma inEngineeringor related fields.

• Ability to workindependentlywhile being effective within a team structure.

• Have hands-on stepper experience on Nikon, Canon or ASML is preferred.

• Proficient withMicrosoft Officetools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

• Willingness to travelup to 50%.
