Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission and support semiconductor equipment at customer sites in Singapore. You will diagnose and resolve equipment, process and performance issues, and provide technical training while maintaining detailed service reports.

The role requires 2+ years in servicing automation or semiconductor equipment, strong troubleshooting, and willingness to travel overseas on short notice for installations and field service activities.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience servicing, maintaining, or supporting automated manufacturing, production, or semiconductor equipment.
• Computer literate with good troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Willing and able to travel overseas at short notice to support installation, commissioning, and field service activities.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and support semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, process, and performance issues through troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Provide technical training and maintain service reports and documentation.
• Build strong customer relationships and support spare parts, maintenance, and service revenue.
