Job summary

INTEGRATED CONSULTANT AGENCY is seeking an experienced Project Manager with hands-on semiconductor equipment maintenance background to plan, coordinate and deliver equipment service, upgrade and installation projects in Singapore. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations and customers to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, materials science or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or field service
• At least 2 years in project leadership or coordination
• Hands-on maintenance/repair experience of semiconductor capital equipment
• Strong understanding of fab processes, cleanroom and EHS requirements
• Proven project management skills: scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, risk management
• Excellent English communication, interaction with customers and cross-functional teams
• Willingness to be on-call and travel within Singapore and region
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of equipment maintenance, repair, installation and upgrade projects
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams: field technicians, process engineers, vendors and subcontractors
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety and customer requirements; manage change requests and scope
• Track progress and KPIs; prepare status reports and present updates to stakeholders
• Provide troubleshooting guidance and preventive maintenance strategies
• Manage spare parts and logistics for rapid response repairs
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and fab site requirements
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime, cost and cycle time
