Job summary

SEIKI GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales professional with engineering background to handle inquiries, quotations, and negotiations while expanding the client base and servicing existing customers.

You will collaborate with the technical team, prepare weekly sales reports, and assist the Sales Manager with technical presentations of products and services to customers and prospects. Prior semiconductor experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably with sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales processes, handle customer queries, provide quotations and negotiate.
• Expand new client base and service existing clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly sales reports.
• Support Sales Manager in technical presentations.
• Attend enquiries and evaluate repair requirements.
• Coordinate with technical staff to resolve quotation/order issues.
• Resolve problems with customers after repair service.
• Other duties as assigned.
