HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead engineering and equipment development projects in Singapore. You will plan schedules, manage resources, and coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and external partners to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong project planning, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, with travel regionally and internationally about 20–30%. Location is Science Park II, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Experience managing engineering or semiconductor equipment projects.
• Strong planning and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering and equipment development projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Develop project schedules, milestones, resource plans and progress reports.
• Coordinate with R&D, engineering, manufacturing and external stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
• Track project deliverables, technical requirements and resource utilisation.
• Facilitate technical discussions and resolve project-related issues across different teams.
• Coordinate with overseas engineering and manufacturing teams on project requirements and deliverables.
• Prepare project documentation, progress updates and management reports.
• Support regional and international project activities, including overseas site visits when required.
