Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an engineer to coordinate semiconductor equipment projects from technical discussions to delivery.

You will engage with customers, lead pre-sales conversations, and drive cross-functional collaboration with vision, software and manufacturing teams. You will coordinate milestones, prepare updates, and travel to customer sites as needed to ensure alignment with scope, schedule and quality expectations.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or related discipline.
Experience in project engineering, project management, application engineering, equipment engineering or technical customer support preferred.
Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their requirements and project needs.
Lead pre-sales technical discussions and product presentations with customers.
Coordinate with Vision, Software and Manufacturing teams to ensure project execution and delivery.
Act as a coordination point between internal departments and customers to align requirements and timelines.
Conduct regular project meetings to track milestones and resolve issues.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and status updates for stakeholders.
Support product planning, equipment development and product improvement initiatives.
Work with engineering and manufacturing teams during development and delivery of equipment.
Travel to customer sites as needed to provide project support and coordination.
Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, quality, and customer expectations.
