Job summary
PERSOL is seeking a Customer Service Engineer for the semiconductor sector. The role focuses on equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting at a fabrication facility, with on-the-job training provided onsite. Fresh graduates and non-experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
You will work closely with senior engineers and will be involved in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of fab equipment, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Hands-on knowledge in mechanical, electrical, electronics, automation or equipment maintenance.
- Ability to read engineering documents, drawings and diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform equipment installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
- Support fab equipment installation and setup onsite.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hardware and process-related issues.
- Work with senior and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Support customers in maximizing equipment uptime and performance.
- Participate in technical escalations when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational procedures.
- Provide professional customer service and maintain good customer relationships.
