Job summary

Persol is seeking a field service professional to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair semiconductor equipment at customer sites. You will diagnose hardware and process issues, collaborate with engineering on complex problems, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, precision engineering, or related industries.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.
• Non experienced hires are welcome with the relevant academic background.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware, and process-related issues.
• Support customers to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
• Participate in escalations and collaborate with engineering teams on technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
