Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Customer Service Engineer for the semiconductor sector. The role focuses on equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting at a fabrication facility, with on-the-job training provided onsite. Fresh graduates and non-experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

You will work closely with senior engineers and will be involved in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of fab equipment, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge in mechanical, electrical, electronics, automation or equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read engineering documents, drawings and diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Support fab equipment installation and setup onsite.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hardware and process-related issues.
• Work with senior and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Support customers in maximizing equipment uptime and performance.
• Participate in technical escalations when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational procedures.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain good customer relationships.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair

• Support fab equipment installation and setup for customers onsite

• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hardware and process-related issues

• Work with senior and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

• Support customers in maximizing equipment uptime and performance

• Participate in technical escalations when required
