Join us as a Customer Service Engineer, where you will be involved in equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting at a semiconductor fabrication facility.
You will work closely with experienced senior engineers and receive on-the-job training onsite, making this an excellent opportunity for both experienced candidates and fast learners looking to enter the semiconductor industry.
Perform equipment installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair
Support fab equipment installation and setup for customers onsite
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hardware and process-related issues
Work with senior and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Support customers in maximizing equipment uptime and performance
Participate in technical escalations when required
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational procedures
Provide professional customer service and maintain good customer relationships
Candidates from the following backgrounds are welcome:

Aerospace or precision engineering

Hands-on knowledge or experience in mechanical, electrical, electronics, automation or equipment maintenance
Able to read and understand engineering documents, drawings and diagrams
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and customer service skills
Willing to work in a cleanroom environment
On-the-job training with experienced senior engineers
