Job summary

You will lead a hands-on service team, coordinate resources, manage client expectations, and ensure maintenance commitments are delivered with quality and timeliness. This role combines technical leadership with strong customer service and project coordination across multiple client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, ACS, IDS, and integrated security systems.
• Experience leading, supervising, or coordinating technical/service teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete service and maintenance workflow for security systems.
• Lead and coordinate a team of service team members.
• Act as frontline contact for clients on service and maintenance matters.
• Prepare service scopes and develop service plans based on customer requirements.
• Plan resource loading, skill requirements, and responsibilities.
• Track service milestones and maintenance commitments.
• Coordinate daily client interactions and manage expectations.
• Ensure works progress smoothly and are completed on time.
• Troubleshoot issues and support resolution of service problems.
• Identify opportunities to improve team deployment and service delivery.
