Job summary

manpower staffing services (singapore) pte ltd is seeking a Technical Officer / Manager (CCTV, Door Access, Maintenance) to perform maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of CCTV, Access Control, IDS, and security systems. You will liaise with clients on technical and maintenance issues and support service technicians.

Based in Singapore, the role requires a minimum NITEC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, with 2 years in security systems (6+ years for managers).

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in security systems, 6 years or above for manager applicants.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, Access Control, IDS, and Integrated Security Management Systems.
• Independent, proactive, and good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and troubleshoot CCTV, Access Control, IDS, and security systems.
• Liaise with clients on technical and maintenance issues.
• Support and guide service technicians.
• Ensure timely completion of service works and compliance with safety requirements.
