Job summary

Ademco Far East Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the end-to-end maintenance workflow for security systems. You will lead a service team, coordinate with client representatives, and develop service plans with clear milestones and resource loading.

The ideal candidate holds a Nitec diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in ISS, CAC, IDS and CCTV systems, plus strong problem solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Nitec diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in security systems.
• Hands-on experience with ISS, CAC, IDS and CCTV systems.
• Experience in security system configuration and integration with third-party systems.
• Technology-savvy with both hardware and software understanding.
• Singaporean nationality only.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire service and maintenance workflow.
• Serve as front-line contact with client representatives on service issues.
• Lead a team of service team members.
• Prepare service scope and develop service plans with resources and milestones.
• Define resource loading, skill requirements, tracking milestones and metrics.
• Identify creative ways to deploy teams for service deliveries.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations.
• Pursue opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of each client's business, organization and objectives.
• Ensure smooth progress and timely completion of maintenance commitments.
