Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Technical Officer X2 to perform service and maintenance of security systems at clients’ sites. You will liaise with client representatives, mentor the service team, and support supervisors in scheduling and delivering field work.

Based in Singapore, the role requires a 2+ year background in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and hands-on CCTV/ISMS knowledge, with standby duties for after-hours activations.

Qualifications

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 2+ years experience.
• Knowledge of security systems such as ISMS, access control, intrusion, CCTV required.

Responsibilities

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Mentor a team of service team members.
• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
• Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.
