Job summary

ADEMCO (FAR EAST) PTE LTD is seeking a technician to maintain and troubleshoot physical security systems including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection at client sites in Singapore. The role involves executing service workflows, coordinating with clients, and assisting supervisors in staffing and delivery, while ensuring compliance with Workplace Safety and Health Act.

Candidates should have at least a Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and 2 years' experience, strong problem

Qualifications

Requires Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.
