Job summary

The Lead Technical Manager will oversee a team of Technical Officers responsible for security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming in line with required standards. Location varies across military camps in Singapore, with the HQ at Outram.

Candidate must have at least 6 years of related experience and a degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years related experience with demonstrable record of success.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering/Computer Science or its equivalents.
• Experience in the Security and CCTV industry is advantageous.
• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service and maintenance workflow end-to-end.
• Front line contact with client representatives on service/maintenance issues.
• Lead a team of service team members and set targets/guidelines.
• Prepare service scope, plans, resources and milestones; monitor progress.
