Job summary

Chubb Security Monitoring Centre (CSMC) is seeking a Sales Account Manager to win new business and grow recurring revenue from remote monitoring, security and life-safety services. You will prospect, engage, and manage the full sales cycle for B2B and B2C opportunities, including proposals and commercial justifications.

The role requires hunter focus, strong negotiation and client-facing skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver practical security solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven success in new business development and account acquisition.
• Experience in security, monitoring or recurring-service solutions is preferred.
• Strong prospecting, selling, negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities across target sectors and multi-site customers.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through direct prospecting, tele sales, referrals, and events.
• Conduct outbound calls, respond to inbound enquiries, and present proposals and business cases.
