Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security Group is hiring a Sales Account Manager for CSMC in Singapore. You will win new business, lead consultative sales, manage the full sales cycle, and grow profitable recurring revenue for remote monitoring, security and life-safety services.

You will conduct customer discovery, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverable outcomes. Prior experience in security or related services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to win new B2B and B2C opportunities.
• Strong prospecting, tele sales, consultative selling and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and convert new sales opportunities across target sectors.
• Build a robust sales pipeline through direct prospecting, tele sales, referrals and events.
• Lead outbound calls, respond to inbound inquiries and conduct discovery meetings.
• Develop tailored security solutions and present proposals and business cases.
• Manage full sales cycle from engagement to handover and ensure profitable recurring revenue.
