Job summary

EOS IT MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS (SG) PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous Project Administrator to support security project managers with day-to-day administration.

You will maintain records, chase actions, and ensure teams stay aligned with commitments across access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, and related infrastructure. You will organize project folders, prepare reports, coordinate meetings and onboarding, and help manage documentation and procurement records to keep projects on track and

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in administration or project support.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills across stakeholders.
• Ability to organise documents, track actions and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain trackers and update status, milestones and dates.
• Control project folders, documents and correspondence with versioning.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and action owners with due dates.
• Follow up with stakeholders to obtain missing information and resolve blockers.
• Prepare weekly status reports and milestone summaries for leadership review.
• Coordinate design reviews, site activities and handover meetings.
• Support onboarding, access requests and client process compliance.
• Assist procurement records, POs, invoices and delivery documentation.
• Compile closeout records, as-built drawings and training documents.
