EOS IT MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS (SG) PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated project support specialist to assist security project delivery in Singapore.

You will learn project planning, coordinate tasks, and work with delivery partners to ensure smooth execution. Recent graduates and candidates transitioning from admin, coordination, IT or operation roles are encouraged to apply, with opportunities to grow into EPM responsibilities and gain hands-on experience across access control, CCTV, intruder alarms

Qualifications

• Interest in project management and electronic security with willingness to learn long-term.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to follow through on commitments.
• Strong organisation with attention to detail and clear communication.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, documents, and presentations; willing to learn tools.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and raise issues early.

Responsibilities

• Support planning by helping define tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate defined workstreams and update Lead EPM on progress.
• Maintain project controls: schedules, risks, issues, and folders.
• Coordinate with system integrators, vendors, and IT teams.
• Learn to read security drawings and device layouts with guidance.
• Support site delivery: coordinate access, readiness, and inspections.
• Track procurement delivery under EPM guidance.
• Support quality and handover with audits and test evidence.
• Prepare progress updates and suggest improvements.
