Job summary

Julian Grey Corporate Advisory PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end project execution for security and protection solutions, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met.

You will coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, act as the main liaison for clients, monitor progress and budgets, and prepare documentation. A Diploma in Electronics or related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required,

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with ELV systems, automation, networking and integrated security solutions (CCTV, access control, and alarm systems).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle tight schedules.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn and grow professionally.
• Must have own transport (car or motorcycle) for site travel; fixed monthly transport allowance provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth workflow
• Act as the main liaison for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns promptly
• Monitor project progress, budget utilization, and quality standards to ensure compliance with agreed requirements
• Allocate resources effectively, including manpower and materials, to optimize project performance
• Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, reports, and records
• Identify potential risks or challenges and implement appropriate solutions to keep projects on track
• Support other project-related tasks or assignments as required
