Job summary

PTC System (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Security Administrator to support cybersecurity operations, threat monitoring, vulnerability management, and access control across IT infrastructure, cloud, servers, networks, and applications.

The role works closely with infrastructure, service delivery and operations teams to protect critical business systems and data by implementing security controls and responding to incidents.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security operations.
• Experience in MSP/SOC/NOC environments preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification (or higher) required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts, events, and logs across platforms.
• Investigate and triage incidents.
• Support incident response and recovery activities.
• Maintain incident records and communications throughout the lifecycle.
• Review firewall, VPN, and network security configurations.
• Assist with audits and governance activities.
• Promote security awareness across the organization.
