Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a systems and security infrastructure specialist to install, test, and maintain Linux/Windows servers, CIS hardening, and security monitoring across PSIM, CCTV, access control, and network infrastructure.

You will diagnose issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures while providing expert guidance to customers and project teams. This role emphasizes proactive problem solving and reliable system operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows server configuration.
• Familiarity with security systems and network infrastructure.
• Strong technical background in systems and infrastructure.
• Ability to clearly and concisely explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with CIS hardening will be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and implement systems in accordance with specifications and service level requirements, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
• Manage system changes using established change request processes, including impact assessment, approvals, and stakeholder communication.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system issues and proactively implement preventive measures. Continuously monitor effectiveness and refine solutions as needed.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive service continuity measures, including backup/restore procedures and disaster recovery plans, to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to customers and project teams, assisting in decision-making and resolving complex technical issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PSIM ( Physical Security Information System), CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, alarm and intrusion systems, network infrastructure
• CIS hardening for Windows and Linux servers
• Perform basic computer and network maintenance.
