Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information security or CS.
• 3+ years in cybersecurity with focus on L2 support.
• Strong TCP/IP, OS (Linux/Windows) and cloud security knowledge.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Incident Response: investigate and respond to security incidents.
• Monitoring: analyze alerts from SIEM and dashboards.
• Vulnerability: conduct assessments and coordinate tests.
• Security Infra: manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR/AV and tokenization.
• Policy & Docs: write security policies and maintain docs.
• Threat Hunting: proactively search for hidden threats.
• Collaboration: work with IT, development and L3 teams.
• Reporting: document incidents and system status.
• On-Call: participate in 24/7 rotation when needed.
