ITSEC SERVICES ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Engineer to support the ATFM security environment in Singapore.

The role emphasizes continuous security monitoring, incident response follow-up, vulnerability management, and coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders to maintain a strong security posture. The position requires hands-on experience with Splunk, CyberArk, Trellix, and Carbon Black, plus strong log analysis and incident investigation skills, and

Qualifications

Proficient with security tools such as Splunk (SIEM), CyberArk (PAM), Trellix (endpoint protection), and VMware Carbon Black (EDR).
Security & compliance: familiarity with vulnerability management, VAPT processes, and risk register maintenance.
Strong coordination and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Security Monitoring & Review: Perform regular account and log reviews using allocated tools. Investigate alerts and anomalies, escalating as required.
Incident & Query Handling: Follow up on security incidents and queries from HTSOC and GSOC; coordinate responses with FM Teams and tenants.
Vulnerability & Compliance Management: Assist remediation follow-up and maintain risk register; support VAPT actions and work with external CISO.
