Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years in Security Operations, Incident Response, SOC Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of web, cloud, and network security fundamentals.
• Hands-on with HTTP/S, TLS, DNS, TCP/IP, REST APIs, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Experience analyzing security incidents and attack mitigation techniques.
• Proficient troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily Security operations and manage escalations.
• Lead complex security incident investigations and remediation.
• Collaborate with TAM, Professional Services, and Threat Research teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and improve internal runbooks.
• Contribute to automation and tooling improvements.
