Job summary

NCS Group in Singapore is seeking a Security Operations Analyst to join our Cyber Defense team. You will handle incident management, troubleshooting, patching, and monitoring within SLA while coordinating with internal IT and external vendors.

The role requires 1-5 years in IT or cybersecurity, knowledge of AWS security tools, and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills; Singapore Citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 1-5 years of IT or cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with AWS security tools such as IAM, Firewall/WAF, GuardDuty, KMS.
• Experience with Imperva DAM, Cyberark, Trend Micro Cloud One, Web Gateway, AquaSec or Tenable.
• Solid knowledge of IP networking and firewalls.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Singapore Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Incident Management: respond to fault alerts and escalate within SLA.
• Troubleshooting security solutions and vendor coordination within SLA.
• Patch Management: plan and apply regular updates to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Service and Change Requests: address CRs/SRs within SLA.
• System Monitoring: perform health checks to ensure security operations.
• Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to improve security posture.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and implement proactive measures.
• Ensure compliance and maintain documentation.
