Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS, cybersecurity, or IT.
• 4+ years in security operations, incident response or SOC engineering.
• Strong knowledge of web, cloud, and network security fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with HTTP/S, TLS, DNS, REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript.
• Ability to analyze incidents, detect anomalies, and mitigate threats.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily security operations and manage escalations.
• Own critical customer incidents and drive resolutions.
• Analyze traffic patterns and attack vectors across environments.
• Assist with cloud security policy optimization and WAF configurations.
• Lead cross-functional troubleshooting with TAM, PS, and Sales engineers.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge base.
