Applicants must hold a PLRD license and have at least 1 year of security or crowd-control experience in busy public or entertainment settings. You will interact with guests, de-escalate conflicts, and document incidents accurately.

Qualifications

• Must possess the Private Security License (PLRD).
• At least 1 year of experience in physical security or high-volume events.
• Experience in crowd management and guest safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate crowd flow, monitor congestion points, manage queues and ensure safe capacity limits.
• Manage access control at entry/exit points.
• Conduct regular physical patrols of the venue perimeter and monitor CCTV feeds and alarm systems in real time.
• Manage disruptive guests and de-escalate conflicts.
• Act as a first responder during emergencies and coordinate with authorities or medical staff when needed.
• Document disturbances, injuries, property damage, or policy violations in incident logs.
• Be a welcoming, professional point of contact for guests, providing directions and safety information.

• Act as a welcoming, professional point of contact for guests by providing directions and answering safety questions.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Private Security License issued by the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD).

• At least 1 year of experience in physical security, law enforcement, or high-volume public/entertainment events.
