Job summary

HF CHINATOWN PTE. LTD. is seeking a vigilant security professional to manage crowd flow, monitor entry points, and respond to incidents at our venue in Singapore.

You will conduct patrols, monitor CCTV, de-escalate conflicts, and coordinate with local authorities during emergencies, while delivering excellent guest service.

A valid PLRD Private Security License and at least 1 year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PLRD Private Security License.
• Minimum 1 year experience in physical security or large events.
• Strong observational and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

Facilitate crowd flow, monitor congestion points, manage queues, and ensure safe capacity limits.

Manage access control at entry/exit points.

Conduct regular physical patrols of the venue's perimeter and monitor CCTV feeds and alarm systems in real time.

Manage disruptive guests and de-escalate any conflict that may arise.

Act as a first responder during medical emergencies, fire alarms, power outages, or security threats. Coordinate directly with local law enforcement, fire departments, or medical staff if needed.

Document all disturbances, injuries, property damage, or policy violations accurately in detailed, written incident logs.

Act as a welcoming, professional point of contact for guests by providing directions and answering safety questions.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Private Security License issued by the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD).
• At least 1 year of experience in physical security, law enforcement, or high-volume public/entertainment events.
