Job summary

HAVE FUN CINELEISURE PTE. LTD. is seeking a security officer for our venue in Singapore. You will help control crowds, monitor safety, and ensure capacity limits are respected.

Responsibilities include access control, real-time CCTV monitoring, incident logging, and assisting guests with directions. You will respond to emergencies and coordinate with local authorities when needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Private Security License issued by the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD).
• At least 1 year of experience in physical security, law enforcement, or high-volume public/entertainment events.

• Disruptive guests: de-escalate conflicts and restore order.

• Document disturbances, injuries, property damage, or policy violations in incident logs.
• Provide directions and answer safety questions to guests.

Facilitate crowd flow, monitor congestion points, manage queues, and ensure safe capacity limits.

Manage access control at entry/exit points.

Conduct regular physical patrols of the venue's perimeter and monitor CCTV feeds and alarm systems in real time.

Manage disruptive guests and de-escalate any conflict that may arise.

Act as a first responder during medical emergencies, fire alarms, power outages, or security threats. Coordinate directly with local law enforcement, fire departments, or medical staff if needed.

Document all disturbances, injuries, property damage, or policy violations accurately in detailed, written incident logs.

Act as a welcoming, professional point of contact for guests by providing directions and answering safety questions.

Requirements
