GOODWILL ENTERTAINMENT HOLDING LIMITED is seeking a vigilant security professional to oversee crowd flow, access control, and incident response at large entertainment venues in Singapore. You will monitor CCTV and alarms, de-escalate conflicts, and act as a first responder during emergencies.

Qualified candidates hold a PLRD Private Security License with at least 1 year of security or event experience, and you will coordinate with local authorities when required.

Formación

• Must possess a valid Private Security License issued by PLRD.
• At least 1 year of experience in physical security or high-volume events.

• Manage access control at entry/exit points.
• Conduct patrols of the venue perimeter and monitor CCTV feeds and alarm systems in real time.
• Disruptive guests handling and de-escalation of conflicts.
• Act as first responder during medical emergencies, fire alerts, power outages, or security threats and coordinate with authorities as needed.
• Document all disturbances and incidents with detailed logs.
• Provide directions and answer safety questions to guests.

Job Description:

Facilitate crowd flow, monitor congestion points, manage queues, and ensure safe capacity limits.

Manage access control at entry/exit points.

Conduct regular physical patrols of the venue's perimeter and monitor CCTV feeds and alarm systems in real time.

Manage disruptive guests and de-escalate any conflict that may arise.

Act as a first responder during medical emergencies, fire alarms, power outages, or security threats. Coordinate directly with local law enforcement, fire departments, or medical staff if needed.

Document all disturbances, injuries, property damage, or policy violations accurately in detailed, written incident logs.

Act as a welcoming, professional point of contact for guests by providing directions and answering safety questions.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Private Security License issued by the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD).
• At least 1 year of experience in physical security, law enforcement, or high-volume public/entertainment events.
