HAVE FUN SELETAR PTE. LTD. invites a vigilant Security Officer to safeguard a high-traffic entertainment venue in Singapore.

You will monitor crowds, control access, patrol the perimeter, and respond to incidents with professionalism. Responsibilities include de-escalating conflicts, acting as first responder during emergencies, logging all disturbances, and guiding guests with directions and safety information.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Private Security License issued by the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD).
• At least 1 year of experience in physical security, law enforcement, or high-volume public/entertainment events.

Job Description:

Facilitate crowd flow, monitor congestion points, manage queues, and ensure safe capacity limits.

Manage access control at entry/exit points.

Conduct regular physical patrols of the venue's perimeter and monitor CCTV feeds and alarm systems in real time.

Manage disruptive guests and de-escalate any conflict that may arise.

Act as a first responder during medical emergencies, fire alarms, power outages, or security threats. Coordinate directly with local law enforcement, fire departments, or medical staff if needed.

Document all disturbances, injuries, property damage, or policy violations accurately in detailed, written incident logs.

Act as a welcoming, professional point of contact for guests by providing directions and answering safety questions.
