Job summary

HAVE FUN PASIR RIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a security professional to manage crowd flow, monitor congestion, and control entry/exit access.

You will patrol the venue, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, de-escalate conflicts, and respond to emergencies while coordinating with local authorities as needed. The role requires handling disturbances, injuries, and policy violations with precise incident logging.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Private Security License issued by the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD).
• At least 1 year of experience in physical security, law enforcement, or high-volume public/entertainment events.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate crowd flow, monitor congestion points, manage queues, and ensure safe capacity limits.
• Manage access control at entry/exit points.
• Conduct regular physical patrols of the venue's perimeter and monitor CCTV feeds and alarm systems in real time.
• Manage disruptive guests and de-escalate any conflict that may arise.
• Act as a first responder during medical emergencies, fire alarms, power outages, or security threats. Coordinate directly with local law enforcement, fire departments, or medical staff if needed.
• Document all disturbances, injuries, property damage, or policy violations accurately in detailed, written incident logs.
• Act as a welcoming, professional point of contact for guests by providing directions and answering safety questions.
