You will open and maintain custody accounts, ensure pre-trade validations, coordinate with custodians and SWIFT MT5xx operations, and adhere to regulatory standards. 2+ years in banking with knowledge of securities products and MS Office expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant banking experience required.
• Knowledge of various securities products (equities, fixed income, funds, derivatives) preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office software and core banking systems.
• Familiarity with SWIFT messaging MT5xx is advantageous.
• Maintains professional standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate security transfer instructions across multiple products.
• Open and maintain custody accounts in core banking system.
• Coordinate with internal teams, sub-custodians, custodians, and counterparties.
• Ensure pre-trade validation checks and SWIFT exception resolution.
• Ensure timely payment of Stamp Duty/Tax and related fees.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing and uphold risk and regulatory standards.
• Monitor queries and provide timely responses.
