Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an organized operations professional to support our equity operations desk. You will process asset transfers, share transfers, and scripless conversions for local and foreign markets while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will handle securities lending and borrowing and trade affirmation, liaise with clients, counterparties, custodians, and other stakeholders to resolve queries, and process proxy instructions and physical share certificates.

Responsibilities

• Process asset transfers, share transfers and scripless conversion requests for local and foreign markets.
• Handle securities lending and borrowing (SBL) and trade affirmation activities.
• Liaise with clients, counterparties, custodians and stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Process proxy instructions and physical share certificate deposits.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procedures.
• Review existing processes to improve efficiency and strengthen controls.
• Support ad-hoc projects and operational duties as assigned.
