Qualifications

• Prior working experience in Japanese restaurant is advantageous.
• Experience in F&B industry.
• Food & Hygiene certified.
• Willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Great personality - proactive, patient, humble and eager to learn.
• Can-do attitude, driven, passionate about work and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and cashiering duties during your shift.
• Consolidate daily sales and assist in reservation calls.
• Serve food & beverages and assist both service and kitchen staff.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and quality standards at all times.
• Support ad-hoc duties as required by Shop Manager.
