Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items.
• Prepare high-quality meals according to company recipes.
• Store excess food at correct temperatures to avoid spoilage.
• Ensure portions and presentation meet standards.
• Monitor supplies and re-order stock as needed.
• Keep cooking utensils clean before use.
• Clean and sterilize prep areas.
• Assist other cooks to complete orders in a timely manner.
• Resolve issues with customers' orders efficiently.
