Ecolab, Inc. is seeking a high-impact Training Manager for Southeast Asia who will build sales capability across diverse markets, cultures, and customer environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Centre, Microelectronics, Industrial B2B, or similar technical commercial environments.
• Experience supporting sales, technical service, or customer-facing teams in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong grounding in adult learning, facilitation techniques, and experiential training methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end training lifecycle (needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation).
• Hands-on facilitation experience (classroom and virtual) with sales, service, or customer-facing audiences.
• Experience designing learning programs across different learner groups, content types, and delivery formats.
• Solid understanding of sales processes; customer-facing or commercial experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration, planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to develop, refresh, and scale learning content in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Certification in facilitation, instructional design, or adult learning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand the SEA business reality; partner with leadership to identify training needs and prioritize programs.
• Design and continuously improve sales training programs, workshops, and materials adaptable across SEA markets.
• Deliver training as primary facilitator across classroom, virtual, workshop, and on-the-job formats.
• Plan and coordinate training delivery across multiple countries with consistent learner experience.
• Measure training effectiveness and refine programs to drive application and results.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR, and cross-functional teams to align with talent and sales priorities.
• Stay ahead of learning trends and refresh content to support new product launches.
