Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design, deliver, and continuously improve technical sales training across APJ and Greater China. You will translate complex genomics concepts into engaging learning for customer-facing teams, while aligning with global standards and regional needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field is required; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
• 8+ years of experience in life sciences, diagnostics, genetics, or biotechnology industries.
• Experience designing and facilitating learning experiences in virtual and in-person formats.
• Prior experience in learning and development, sales enablement, customer training, or instructional design is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and continuous improvement of sales learning programs for APJ and Greater China.
• Translate complex scientific concepts into engaging learning experiences aligned with product launches and onboarding.
• Localise training for APJ and Greater China respecting regional needs while maintaining global consistency.
