Job summary

Control Risks seeks an Associate Operations Manager in Singapore to lead the operational delivery of embedded consulting services across Southeast Asia, ensuring client requirements and contractual standards are met.

You will manage project administration, coordinate consultants and HR activities, and drive continuous improvements in processes, data management and reporting for regional engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, project management, consulting, security, intelligence, government, or fast-paced environments.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational management of embedded security operations programme in Singapore, ensuring delivery against client requirements, contractual obligations and Control Risks standards.
• Support delivery of embedded consulting services across Southeast Asia and the wider Asia Pacific region.
• Act as a key operational point of contact for consultants and client stakeholders, escalating strategic, commercial and personnel matters where appropriate.
• Manage project administration and business operations activities associated with client engagements, ensuring consistency, accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational processes, delivery effectiveness and service quality across engagements.
• Work closely with the Business Operations team to ensure project administration is maintained to the highest standard.
• Support resource planning, recruitment, onboarding, contracting and deployment of consultants across the region.
• Collaborate with HR to support effective onboarding and employee experience, and ensure consultants are engaged and connected throughout engagements.
• Support performance management and professional development of consultants, helping to build operational capability and leadership talent.
