Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a PR Assistant to support the SEA PR Manager, strengthening the Maison’s esteem through press office work and activations across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. You will work closely with Retail, Boutiques and APA Regional teams to deliver targeted PR initiatives.

Your role includes crafting PR blasts, monitoring coverage, analysing monthly press editorial, coordinating with local agencies, and handling event logistics and administrative tasks in SAP.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications skills and experience in the retail industry.
• Ability to align PR activations with business goals.
• Deep understanding of how media works.
• Able to craft compelling narratives and manage timelines with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Support SEA PR Manager with press office work and activations across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.

• Develop concise PR blasts for SEA press and monitor coverage.
• Coordinate press events, gifting logistics and diary management with local agencies.
