Job summary

monday.com is seeking an Overlay Account Executive for the SEA region in Singapore. You will own the full sales cycle for monday CRM, Service, and AI within our existing customer base and collaborate with Work OS account executives to convert inbound interest into high-impact wins.

You’ll lead discovery, run outcome-driven demos, forecast with MEDDPICC, and help shape the product roadmap through field insights while growing a 3x qualified pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in a closing role.
• Proven upsell and cross-sell track record in complex deal environments.
• CRM expertise and deep understanding of the CRM space.
• Experience negotiating contracts and navigating legal discussions.
• Consultative approach with strong executive presence and communication.
• SEA market experience; additional languages are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for monday CRM, Service, and AI within existing customer base.
• Partner with Work OS Account Executives to convert inbound interest into CRM/Service/AI wins.
• Lead discovery and run outcome-driven demos mapping pain to value.
• Forecast and close using the MEDDPICC framework.
