Job summary

monday.com in Singapore is seeking a Forward-Deployed Engineer to partner with enterprise customers, translating business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions. You'll own end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment, working with C-level and technical teams in high-value accounts.

You'll design workflows, prototyping MVPs, handle onboarding (SSO, SCIM, security), build automation, and collaborate with Product and AI teams to extend the platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in forward-deployed, implementation, or customer-facing tech roles in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Translate business processes into structured workflows and system logic with executive stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, SAML/OIDC, and SCIM.
• Experience with Generative AI and AI-assisted development tools; strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand enterprise customer challenges and gather requirements with C-level stakeholders.
• Design, build, and deploy scalable workflows and solutions that fit real-world delivery.
• Develop prototypes, MVPs, and proofs-of-concept to validate ideas quickly.
• Own end-to-end onboarding for enterprise customers - integrations, SSO, SCIM provisioning, and security config.
• Build tooling and automation to speed deployments, improve reliability, and scale.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues, coordinating with engineering and customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to translate customer needs into platform capabilities.
• Influence product direction through direct customer engagement and feedback.
• Document, train, and enable customers to operate independently on the platform.
