Job summary

BlackRock Singapore is seeking an Associate for the Southeast Asia Institutional Client Business to support relationship management and business development with regional institutional clients. The role emphasizes deepening engagement and delivering tailored market insights using BlackRock’s investment platform.

Reporting to a senior team member, you will collaborate across investment, operations, legal and compliance functions to drive client outcomes, manage risk, and expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in asset management or financial services.
• Demonstrated track record in relationship management with institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of Institutional investors and SEA markets.
• Proficiency in English; multilingual Asian language skills (Thai/Bahasa) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and ongoing management of key institutional client relationships.
• Respond to client queries in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across investment, COO, legal & compliance, contracting, and operations.
• Leverage analytics to proactively identify assets at risk and propose alternative solutions.
• Maintain disciplined use of CRM systems to document interactions, activity, and opportunities.
