COPPERCO TALENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an executive leader to run Singapore operations and grow SEA in semiconductor and high-purity markets. You will own the entity's P&L, qualify filtration products for major fabs, and rebuild the local sales and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities include leading commercial strategy, channel development, and quality/ SQE processes while coordinating with HQ and customers across SEA. Fluency in English and strong leadership are essential.

Competenze

• 12-15+ years in industrial B2B technical sales/business development
• Strong background in filtration/high-purity handling
• Experience engaging with semiconductor fabs and suppliers

Mansioni

• Own Singapore entity P&L and budget, drive regional SEA strategy
• Lead supplier qualification programs and ASL entry
• Build and manage Singapore sales and application engineering teams
• Establish cleanroom-aligned product positioning and documentation discipline
• Develop SEA channel strategy (direct, distributor, agent) and drive growth
• Engage top accounts with process engineering, facilities, procurement, SQE
• Coordinate HQ alignment and market intelligence for strategy and terms
• Oversee end-to-end sales process from enquiry to contracts while ensuring compliance
