Qualifications

• Fluent in English as the primary working language.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale engineering projects.
• Familiar with project management processes; PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel and adaptable to flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale engineering projects in semiconductors.
• Maintain close communication with clients, translating requirements into executable plans.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to drive project execution and address risks.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and provide progress updates to management.
• Participate in tendering, negotiations, and support business development.
